Matagal nang nagpipinta si Wendy Rondaris pero ngayon lang sya nakumbinseng magkaroon ng solo exhibit. (ako kaya kelan mako-convince?!) Inilunsad nya ito kamakailan sa The Gallery Bar sa Crowne Plaza Manila at tinawag na “Art Peace.”
Tampok dito ang kanyang 30 artworks na nagpapakita ng peace, introspection and inclusion. (go tayo sa world peace!)
“Art Peace is my personal and artistic commitment to using creativity as a tool for social good, “ pagpapaliwanag ni Wendy. (bilang maraming nang bad sa mundo!)
10 percent ng proceeds dito ay mapupunta sa Project PEARLS, isang non-profit organization na tumutulong sa mga mahihirap na kabataan sa Pilipinas.
Ang kanilang misyon ay makapagbigay ng Peace, Education, Aspiration, Respect, Love and Smiles =PEARLS. (ay bongga pala ang meaning!)
“This exhibition is for everyone who believes in the quiet strength of peace and the transformative power of compassion, “ paglalahad ni Wendy.
Makikita ang art exhibit hanggang January 2026. Libre ito sa publiko.
“We are proud to host Wendy Ron-daris’ first solo exhibition and champion causes that promote diversity and inclusion,” paghahayag ni Crowne Plaza General Manager Patria Puyat.
Si Wendy ay itinuturing na impressionist and expressionist visual artist na gumagamit ng iba’t ibang medium sa kanyang mga likha. Siya ay nagtapos ng AB Political Science sa Ateneo de Manila University at Interior Decorating sa ICS. Bahagi rin siya ng ilang Art Groups tulad ng Fernando Sena Buenas Artes, Dynamic Art Group at Philippine Fauna Art Society. : “Art is not only a medium of self-expression but a channel for empathy and impact.” (ay go ako audience impact!)
