GUMAWA ng history ang Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) nang ma-convict ng korte si Alice Leal Guo alyas Guo Hua Ping at iba pang akusado sa kasong qualified trafficking in persons dahil sa pagpatakbo ng POGO sa Tarlac.
Sinabi ni PAOCC Usec. Benjamin Acorda Jr. ang pinakahihintay na ruling ay hindi lang legal victory kundi naging isang moral din. “It delivers justice to the victims, reaffirms the government’s united stance against organized crime, ang marks a defining moment in the country’s fight against large-scale trafficking and online scam syndicates,” ani Acorda.
Dapat bigyan papuri sina Acorda at Office of the Transportation Security chief Gilberto Cruz dahil malaking papel ang ginampanan nila para durugin ang POGO ni Guo. Si Cruz ang chairman noon ng PAOCC samantalang si Acorda naman ang hepe ng Philippine National Police. Mabuhay kayo mga Sirs! Eh di wow!
Ayon kay Acorda; “The Alice Guo case is a story of a nation that refused to be deceived, of institutions that stood firm, and of victims whose voices now echo through every courtroom decision. It is proof that no matter how elaborates the scheme, how powerful the mastermind, or how long the deception, justice will find its way. And when it does, it does more than punish—it restores.

Pinuri rin ni Acorda si Cruz dahil sa dedikasyon nito sa trabaho at pag-coordinate sa iba’t-ibang ahensiya ng gobyerno upang makamtan ang historic victory. “We honor the dedication of Usec. Cruz. His firm commitment to protect the Filipino people was instrumental in bringing this case to where it stands today. This victory is shared with him, our partner agencies, and every individual who courageously pushed this mission forward,” dagdag pa ni Acorda. Dipugaaa!
Hindi lang si Guo ang hinatulan ng habambuhay na pagkabilanggo kundi maging sina Wang Weili, Wuli Dong, Nong Ding Chang, at Lang Xu Po na inutusan din ng korte na magbayad ng P2 milyon na danyos sa mga complainants.
Pinatunayan din ng desisyon na ang power, wealth at public persona ni Guo ay galing sa human trafficking, online scam operations at fabricated identity. Iniutos din ng korte ang pag-forfeit pabor sa gobyerno ang 7.9 ektaryang compound kung saan nakatayo ang 36 POGO buildings na nagkakahalagang P3.9 bilyon .
Samantala, tuloy pa ang laban para kumpiskahin ang 27 bank accounts ni Guo na naglalaman ng P75.8 milyon, US $62,340; 18 sasakyan na nagkakahalagang P76.4 milyon at 14 real properties na matatagpuan sa Tarlac, Bulacan at Las Pi?as sa halagang P465 milyon. Hehehe! Kelangan pa bang i-memorize ‘yan?
Tiba-tiba pala si Guo sa POGO operations niya, no mga kosa? Hindi biro ang inakyat nina Acorda at Cruz na pitsa sa kaban ng gobyerno. Sana may premyo. Magsisilbing leksiyon ang kaso ni Guo sa mga patuloy na nag-ooperate ng POGO sa bansa. Meron pa bang POGO? Kay Usec. Acorda ang kasagutan! Abangan!
