“This “influencer” filmed Ellie without her consent. She did not want to be in his video—let alone be posted by him.

“Clout-chasing should never come at the cost of someone’s privacy, especially a minor’s.

As of this writing ay deleted na ang video pero pakiusap niya ay : “Please continue reporting the page of this irresponsible clout chaser who ambushed a 13-year-old girl for views.

“I’m now in the process of exploring legal options.”

““Dear Vloggers and Content Creators,

“Please be reminded that filming and posting videos of minors without their parent or guardian’s consent is not just disrespectful — it can also violate privacy laws. Even if the content seems harmless or spontaneous, children have the right to privacy and protection, both offline and online.

“Before uploading videos with minors:

Always ask for permission from the parent or guardian.

“If consent was not given, please blur the child’s face or edit them out.

“Be aware of RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act) and RA 7610, which protect children from exploitation, including online exposure.

“Let’s create content responsibly. Not everything cute or funny is meant to be shared — especially when it involves someone else’s child.” (
