Kung may mga nega tungkol kay Nadia Montenegro, may mga nagtatanggol din naman sa kanya.
Ito ay kaugnay pa rin sa pinag-uusapang kontrobersiya tungkol sa paggamit diumano ng marijuana sa comfort room sa Senado ng dating actress.
Si Nadia ay staff ni Senator Robin Padilla.
Kabilang nga sa nagtanggol kay Nadia si Angeli Pangilinan, misis ni Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano.
Aniya sa isang post mahigit 25 years na silang magkaibigan ni Nadia.

Buizon, Amy Austria-Ventura, Carla Martinez, Carlo Orosa, Tricia Amper-Jimenez, Gina Alajar, Maricris Bermont-Garcia, Malou Fagar, Chit Guerrero, Garlic Garcia, Samantha Chavez-Wue, Sandra Chavez, Donita Rose, Aly Sotto, Gian Sotto, Mandy Ochoa, Kuh Ledesma, etc and we all love each other like real siblings.

Nadia has just come out of a battle with cancer and she nearly died. Why on earth would she even engage in substance abuse at the Senate?
“She is an intelligent, godly and brilliant woman, always silently helping the poor. We have prayer chats and she is active in some of these chats. Why would she ruin her testimony by what they are accusing her of!!!? But that’s just me. She didn’t ask me to write this post. I am just fiercely loyal to friends who have changed their lives and want to live righteously. Dahil dito, iniintriga naman na hindi pwedeng sibakin ni Sen. Robin si Nadia dahil tinutulungan daw ito ng senador dahil noon daw talaga ay nagkaroon diumano sila ng relasyon.
