“This is the so-called NEWLY BUILT Philippine Film Heritage Building – a P200 MILLION (money emoji) project that was supposed to honor our filmmakers, writers and artists and serve as the permanent home for Philippine cinema

“Instead, what did we get? Leaking roofs (leak), cracked walls (walls emoji), unfinished theaters, ceilings already stained with water – all in a building hasn’t even opened.

“Seriously?!

“If they don’t have a valid reason why they didn’t turn it over correctly and according to the contract, they can be sued, first of all, civil liability, there is that,” sabi ni Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary Claire Castro sa mga kausap na reporter.

Last Sept.
