“I haven’t spoken to him since our concert tour last year,” say ni Ate Shawie nang kumustahin sa kanya ni Mr. Hizon ang dating asawa.

Maaalalang nagkaroon sila ng US and Canada Tour last year at doon pa nga inabot ng birthday ang actor.

“I have to tell you a secret and it’s not some people know. Coz we did this whole concert tour in the States, right? It was so funny because from the day we left Manila, it was separate flights all throughout the tour, separate car rides, yeah!

“The only time we were together traveling was on our flight back home from Vancouver,”  kumpisal pa ni Ate Shawie.

“And not for anything, but you know, to kind of keep it uncomplicated. It was better that way,” sabi pa niya.

Ok raw sila pero hindi masasabing magkaibigan sila: “We’re okay. But you know, when people say you’re ‘friends,’ they sometimes mean constant communication – keeping in touch, checking in. In that sense, no, we’re not friends. But we’re not enemies either. We get along. We’re older now. We’ve moved on. And most importantly, we have a daughter,” paliwanag niya.

“We were so sweet on stage but in reality, we only saw each other on stage, and when we did the sound check. We never spent time together in between the shows,” sey pa ni Mega.

“KC’s okay. She’s now quietly focusing on her jewelry business. She studied at the Gemological Institute of America to really learn the craft—on top of her business degree. She still wants to do projects in entertainment, but it’s not her top priority anymore,”  impormasyon niya pa.

“I don’t think it’s ever been less than solid. There have just been misunderstandings and disagreements along the way. You’re raising a human being, not a carbon copy of yourself. You can’t expect her to have your exact thoughts or choices. But she’s a good kid. We’ve had clashes, yes, but KC always tells me, ‘Mom, just trust in the way you raised me.’ And that always gives me peace,” pagkukuwento pa niya kay Mr. Hizon.
